Senior Sales Representative (Beijing)
Main responsibilities: • Manage all sales activities for North Safety products in assigned territories, including quotations activity involving technical evaluation, application engineering, and pricing to present acceptable and competitive bids to existing and new customers. • Work with distributors to follow up on quotations and close sales • Assist sales manager in selecting and effectively focusing sales efforts on the most important customer groups and geographic market areas. • Assist sales manager with annual sales forecasts, sales expense budget, and help determine market potential. • Propose and implement market development activities with the distributors in assigned territories. • Conduct product and application training sessions for customers and distributors. • Participate together with the respective distributors in promotional events, trade shows, and technical seminars. • Identify and report on competitor activity in assigned territories. • Ensure that sales activities in assigned territories adhere to North Safety policies, guidelines and procedures. • To encourage and ensure that distributors and end users in assigned territories apply North Safety products to the best engineering and safety practices. • Provide guidance and motivation to distributors in assigned territories Qualifications: • Bachelor in Engineering(chemical, safety engineering, mechanical & automation) • +3years technical sales to industry • MNC sales experience preferred • Familiar with PEE products & market preferred • Good English skill in written & speaking
